Ergonomic Training

Every chair purchase includes a 30 minute live online seminarwith our ergonomic pro. He will teach you about your chair, about proper office ergonomics setup and answer any questions you have.

The webinar is a live interactive presentation that allows you to log in from any computer and ask questions of our ergonomist at any time. Classes are kept small. Each class ends with a live Q & A session to make sure all your questions are answered.

The live half-hour interactive presentation will teach customers valuable ergonomics essentials including:

• The biomechanics of sitting
• Chair adjustments to promote neutral posture
• Workstation set-up to maximize efficiency
• Exercises to reduce stress and fatigue

We sell the best ergonomic chairs on the market, but used improperly they will make little impact on your day to day health. We hope each of our customers takes advantage of this offer so that they are armed with the knowledge to build a workspace ideal for their own body and daily usage. A sound understanding of ergonomic principles combined with a quality ergonomic chair that fits your body is the cornerstone of a healthy workstation.

How can you take advantage of this offer? By simply purchasing any chair on the website. After completing your purchase you will receive an invitation to attend one of our many interactive online presentations. These typically occur one to two times a week depending on the demand. A highspeed internet connection and a phone are required (phone number is toll free).

Our Ergonomic Training may be purchased separately for customers who would like to attend the training without purchasing a chair.
